Walk through days are for students already enrolled in our district. Please print and bring the following items with you to speed up the walk through process:
-Signed acknowledgment form (All grades)
-Complete Data Confirmation Page from Parent Portal (All grades) will open end of June 2024
-Health assessment form (6th grade only)
-proof of required immunizations (students missing immunizations will have it highlighted in red on parent portal)
-Suzanne Middle School Device Use Agreement Form (bring signed page only-ALL 6th GR and new students to WVUSD)

Please Note: We will require a signed Device Use Agreement in person upon check out during the final station of picking up student schedules and books. The agreement is available for review in the attached PDF below. You only need to bring the last page signed.
