Suzanne Middle School

Home of The Challengers

Dear Suzanne Middle School Community,

It is with great excitement and deep gratitude that I introduce myself as the new principal of Suzanne Middle School. I am no stranger to this school or community, serving as the school's Vice Principal for the past six year. However, as I begin this new journey, I am honored to be a part of a school community known for its academic excellence, rich traditions, and unwavering commitment to student growth.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that Suzanne is a special place—a school where high expectations, strong values, and a vibrant culture come together to create something truly exceptional. I am incredibly proud to share that Suzanne was recently recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the top middle schools in the nation. This recognition reflects the hard work and dedication of our talented staff, our curious and motivated students, and the supportive families who make up our incredible community.

As we step into a new school year, I am inspired by the balance Suzanne strikes between innovation and tradition. Our students benefit from outstanding academic programs, a renowned music department, and cutting-edge technology instruction that equips them with essential 21st-century skills. Whether they're composing music, coding, problem-solving, or collaborating, Suzanne students are learning to thrive in an constantly evolving landscape.

Equally meaningful are the longstanding traditions that shape the unique spirit of Suzanne. Events like the Renaissance Faire, Greek Festival, and the beloved Blue and White Tea not only bring learning to life—they also celebrate our strong sense of community, creativity, and connection across generations of students and families. These experiences help create memories that last a lifetime and strengthen the bonds that make Suzanne more than just a school.

As we begin this new chapter together, I am committed to building upon Suzanne’s strong foundation while continuing to foster a safe and rigorous learning environment for all. I believe deeply in the power of collaboration, and I look forward to working alongside you—our families, staff, and community partners—to support every student’s success.

I wish everyone the best as we all embark on new adventures. As always, we will look change in the eye and say: CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!

Sincerely,
Mr. Matt Spinogatti
