Welcome to Mrs. McCarson's website!
I am Mrs. McCarson and I am the 7th grade counselor. This is my tenth year at Suzanne Middle School and I am looking forward to another great school year. I have been working in the field of counseling and mental health in the high school and middle school levels for over 15 years. My role as a counselor is to advocate for our students and ensure that each student has a successful middle school experience. I work with students individually, in small groups, and within the classroom setting to support and assist them with their academic, social/emotional, behavioral, and personal development. I also work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals in order to identify and minimize any barriers that stand in the way of student success.
Students:
If you would like to meet with me to get help or to talk, please email me at [email protected] or bring a note to the counseling office with your first and last name and I will call you in as soon as possible.
Parents:
If you have any concerns regarding your child's academic and personal/social progress or have questions regarding Suzanne, please contact me between 7:30 and 2:30 pm at (909) 594-1730 at ext 55213 or through my email [email protected]
